My commitment to you is that I will bring evidence-based methodologies along with a warm, safe environment. Sometimes growth is measured in leaps and bounds, and sometimes in small steps we take together. Sometimes in times of wellness, you need a space to maintain your progress, and sometimes you need to get through moments of crisis, low energy, or major grief and change.
Wherever you are, we will spend time thoroughly understanding why the problem is occurring, and creating a treatment plan together with goals based on proven interventions. I will always be honest with you about why I am using certain methods, what insights I may have on your symptoms, and will provide psychoeducation about where we are headed. I come to each session with a plan so that you aren’t left “hanging”, while also being flexible based on your input.
